Our goal is to ensure that you leave feeling confident, refreshed, and beautiful, having experienced exceptional service throughout your visit. Please review our policies to ensure a fitting experience. By booking with Beck'sStyles you adhere to the terms and conditions below.
1. Appointment Booking and Scheduling
- Appointment Booking: We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability. Appointment should be made online only via website. Please book a consultation appointment before booking hair appointment.
- Appointment Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent after the booking and 50$ deposit. Please confirm your appointment to avoid any misunderstandings.
- Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 20 minute grace period. If your running late, please reach out to me immediately via phone call, email, or text. So I'll know when to expect you. Please understand going past the grace period will result in a 10$ late fee. Anything past 40 minutes will result in the cancellation of the appointment.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations outside of the 24 time frame will receive a $25 cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be applied.
2. Pricing and Payments
- Service Prices: All services are priced according to type of service and wants of the client. Prices can vary based upon your requests. Estimates and base payments can be found on our website. Please remember to book an consultation before booking to get a final price on your service.
- Payment Methods: As of right now we are only accepting payments at your appointment in cash. Deposits must be made online when booking.
- Gratuity: Tips are appreciated, but not required.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services provided, but we want every client to be satisfied. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
3. Client Behavior and Professionalism
- Respectful Environment: We strive to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere. Any rude, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior Will Not Be Tolerated.
4. Health and Safety
- Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation practices. All tools are disinfected between clients, and surfaces are regularly cleaned.
- Allergies and Sensitivities: Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before receiving services (e.g., hair color, keratin treatments).
- Health Protocols: If you feel unwell or have recently been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to ask clients showing symptoms of illness to reschedule their appointment.
5. Client Privacy
- Personal Information: Your personal information, including contact details and service history, is confidential and will only be used for appointment reminders and communication.
- Photography: We may take before-and-after photos for marketing purposes, but only with your consent. You can opt out if you prefer not to be photographed.
6. Waivers and Liability
- Liability Waiver: We are not liable for any adverse reactions to products used during treatments if the client did not disclose relevant health information.
- Policy Form: If you HAVE read and adhere to the client policy all new clients are required to sign a policy form agreeing to all policies terms and conditions.
- Social Media Forms: Clients who wish to opt in or out of representing this business on social media must sign an additional form. To which you may change your mind at any point and time.
7. Acknowledgment of Policies
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you HAVE read, understood, and agreed to out policies. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with exceptional service! Please provide your signature agreeing to these terms. If not done online before your appointment, signature will be required and provided at your appointment.
